Transnational Project meetings
The kick-off meeting took place in Zagreb
Meet the trainers on our new iACT project: Tatiana and Aida from Belgium and Romana, Tana and Andreana from Croatia. Our team had its first transnational meeting in Zagreb on 4th February, and with the sun shining, we found some time to visit the city centre. When we were not enjoying Zagreb’s terraced cafés and cultivated parks, we worked hard on creating a training agenda for both our trainers and the young participants in our activities.
Our project will focus on establishing effective communication among diverse groups of people, on developing understanding and tolerance towards others, and on getting young people actively involved in democratic processes. The foundations of our democracies need to be stronger than ever, and we can all benefit from some solidarity and acceptance of diverse groups, which are at the end, not that different from each other.
The iACT project is going to take place from November 2021 to November 2023 in Zagreb and Brussels. It will include training and exchange of expertise for trainers, and interactive workshops for young people 18-25 years of age. All activities will be free of charge for participants with places being limited.
