Young Actors Studio - Ecole Francaise Internationale de Zagreb

Drama workshops in English for young actors age 7 to 11 and 12 to 16 years of age.

The offered drama workshops are in English. They provide students with a place where they can socialise, strengthen their communication skills, and develop their acting skills such as speaking on stage, presentation skills, vocal and physical expression, spontaneity and stage presence.

In our classes we will be doing:

• acting games 
• vocal and diction exercises
• excercises for body awareness and movent on stage
• improvisations for stage
• short texts, monologues and scenes
• character analysis and creation of characters for stage 
• observation class at the end of the term
• short end-of-year production

The students will be working with Romana, a theatre actor and director, who has got more than 20 years experience in teaching, having worked in schools such as John Robert Powers, Rockville and Imagination Stage Bethesda, USA among others.

 When filling in the enrolment form please choose between:

• Kids / for kids age 7 to 11, once a week, Monday afternoons 4:30 to 5:30 pm. 
• Teens / for teens age 12 to 16, once a week, Monday aevenings 5:30 to 7:00 pm. 

Autumn term begins on Monday, 18th September, and runs for 12 weeks, until 4th December

The course fee is 50 euros per month for 3 months (150 Euro in total) 

or 135 euros (10%discount) when the full amount is paid in advance.
